Who is Dr. Borhan El Eter?
Dr. El Eter is a specialist pediatric dentist, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH).
His medical career began at the University of Medicine in Crimea, Ukraine in 1997. He then moved to France where he obtained a diploma in pediatric dentistry from the University of Rennes 1 in 2001, a fellowship in general dentistry in 2000, and a fellowship in dental root science from the University of Nantes in 2001.
Dr. Borhan worked at the University Hospital CHU Pontchaillou in Rennes, France — one of the largest university hospitals in Europe — before returning to Lebanon to practice at a private clinic, then relocating to the UAE.
Today, Dr. Borhan specializes in caring for children who need extra attention — children with special needs such as autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and more. These children are his top priority and specialty.
